When grunge saturated the scene with the release of Nirvana's second album "Nevermind" in 1991, it immediately connected with millions of disaffected kids and put the Seattle sound on the map. Our design celebrates those grunge pioneers (Green River, Mudhoney, PearlJam, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains), while also commenting on the money and marketing machine that the genre eventually became. (And, yes, you've seen that dollar bill somewhere before.)
